2. Check the audio input and output options on your Chromebook. (Try out different options to see if the issue is a particular source).
3. Unplug speakers, headphones, and microphones that might be plugged into your Chromebook.
4. Try resetting your Chromebook or using the Chromebook recovery utility to recover your Chromebook.
