First, check that:

1. Make sure that the charging cable adapter is securely connected and that your charger is completely plugged into the outlet.
2. Make sure that the outlet is working properly (try plugging in another outlet powered device).
3. Unplug your charger from both the wall and your Chromebook and then plug them back in again. Allow your computer ample charging time.
